以反算法決定材料彈-塑性機械性質

摘要


本研究主要是提出一混合反算法(hybrid-inverse analysis method),求得材料彈塑性機械性質,此方法結合實驗及最佳化數值分析,利用拉伸實驗取得材料應力及應變值,再使用ANSYS Optimization模組以及模擬退火法(Simulated annealing),進行逆運算,反推材料非線性參數,並比較二種最佳化方法所得之結果。 並將此方法應用於鋁合金6082(Aluminum alloy)、塑膠7033(PP)及軟鋼(SPCC)等三種材料,比較材料實驗數據與反算分析數據是否接近,並利用蘭貝格奧古斯德(Ramberg-Osgood)應力應變關係式,計算材料總應變方程式以及相關材料常數K、n,並將完整的方程式算出,整合應力應變關係式。

The thesis proposes a hybrid-inverse analysis method to obtain the elastic–plastic mechanical properties of materials .The method is by minimizing the difference between the experimental results and the corresponding results of numerical simulation , using the experimental data , tensile load vs strain curve in the uniaxial tension test . An optimization algorithm based on Ansys optimization and simulated annealing method is used for the identification of the material parameters . The inverse method is applied to determine the elastic–plastic constants of aluminum bar,plastic bar and steel bar. The results indicate that the estimated datas are well matched with the experimental datas . Furthermore using the Ramberg-Osgood relationshipto calculate the total strain equations and the corresponding k、n constants of materials .
