摘要


本研究主要目的在於研發數位式行車紀錄儀(又稱為車輛行駛資訊紀錄系統),並整合控制器區域網路及全球衛星定位系統功能,以取代傳統機械式行車紀錄器,大幅縮短資料判讀的時間及成本,並能提高資料準確性及有效防止資料被竄改。 本行車紀錄儀系統核心採用 NXP LPC1768 微控制器,經由智慧型卡片判別駕駛者身分,藉由CAN Bus、GPS接收模組及車身感知器,擷取車輛行駛資訊;經運算處理後,將車輛行駛資料儲存至快閃記憶體及智慧型卡片等儲存裝置,以記錄及保存相關駕駛資訊。駕駛者可藉由繪圖型液晶顯示器及熱敏式印表機讀取行車資訊,亦可經由RS-232介面或USB-HOST介面,連結大量儲存裝置設備,將行車紀錄儀資料上傳至個人電腦,進行車輛行駛與駕駛行為資料分析。 本研究開發之行車紀錄儀,可在車輛發生事故時,做為提供肇事責任鑑定之有效工具,且可以將行駛資訊回傳行控中心,提供車隊管理系統進行派車管理、遠端監控與故障診斷等,可有效提高行駛安全與節省運輸業者相關成本,值得更深入的研發及推廣應用。

This paper presents a successful design and implement of a digital tachograph combined with the controller area network (CAN) bus and global positioning system (GPS) to replace the traditional mechanical tachograph. It can significantly reduce the time and cost of data interpretation and improve the accuracy of the driving data and prevent to be tampered. The main controller of tachograph was used by NXP LPC1768 microcontroller. It had the smart-card to distinguish the identity of the driver, capture real-time vehicle driving information by the CAN bus system, GPS receiver module and vehicle body sensor and stored driving data to flash memory, smart-card and other storage devices to protection of record data. It can be read the record data through the LCD or the thermal printer, and be uploaded internal data by RS-232 interface or USB mass-storage device to handle data analysis on the PC. The driving recording system developed in this study can be an evidence for judging the accident event. It also can upload the travel information to provide information to fleet management system for analysis. It will effectively reduce the costs of transport operators. This system is worth to develop and apply widely. It is possible for all commercial vehicle family.
