摘要


本論文主要目的在於開發CAN Bus電梯設備嵌入式監控與診斷技術,它以控制器區域網路為基本架構及線傳控制方式,並融合目前3C產業技術,取代傳統電梯PLC控制及並列傳輸方式。本文控制單元整合嵌入式系統及檔案管理系統,發展高附加價值功能,例如:電梯遠端監控、故障診斷、維修管理和節能派車等,不僅能有效節省傳統電梯電能消耗、降低訊號干擾與減少配線等,也可對電梯設備進行遠端監控及管理。 本研究建立的智慧型電梯群控系統平台,可以模擬實際電梯運行操作方式,群組控制器中建構檔案管理系統,由SD卡讀取/寫入電梯運行資訊;電梯運行資訊可以藉由USB傳至PC端,搭配自行開發的電梯運行資訊視窗軟體,做即時的電梯監控管理;另亦可經由乙太網路,將電梯運行資訊上傳至雲端伺服器,方便遠端管理者進行維修診斷作業。本研究成果可提供電梯業者推廣應用。

This paper presents a successful design and implement of an embedded monitoring and fault diagnostic technology for a CAN-Bus elevator. The system was based on CAN-Bus and used by-wire technology; even add the popular technology from 3C industry to substitute for traditional elevator. The MCU of elevator was integrated the embedded system and file system to develop the excellent function on elevator system, such as remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, maintenance management and energy saving system, etc. Thus, it could reduce the power consumption and wire connected, and could carry out the remote monitoring and management on the elevator equipment. The study had also established an intelligent information and group control system platform and simulated successfully. It was designed the file system in group controller to read/write the traffics information on SD card. The traffic data could transmit through USB to PC, to monitor the elevator immediately. And, the elevator’s information data could also transmit by Ethernet to the cloud server, for administrator to manage the elevator and fault diagnostics remotely. It is possible for the elevator industry to promote the application.
