國小教師理財態度與理財行為之研究-以雲林縣與台北市

摘要

本研究旨在探討面臨經濟環境的變動與退休制度的改革下，國小教師理財態度與理財行為之相關性。本研究利用問卷調查方法研究國小教師的背景變項是否影響其理財態度與理財行為。同時檢視不同的理財態度是否對其理財行為造成影響。以國小教師為研究對象，進行問卷發放。根據問卷填答結果以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗等統計方法進行資料分析。

This study aims to explore the circumstances on financial behaviors and financial attitudes under the economic change and new retirement system. The tools were surveyed by questionnaire procedure to understand whether background variables can affect the financial behaviors and financial attitudes .And investigate the circumstances of financial behaviors and financial attitudes. The study subjects were teachers of elementary schools.Studying data
were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, and Chi-square test.
