本研究旨在瞭解不同背景變項之雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱的認知與態度,並且探討其相關情形。本研究對象以雲林縣國小特殊教育教師為主,抽樣176 位國小特殊教育教師,調查結果以描述性統計、平均數、標準差、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後多重比較法、皮爾遜積差相關,進行統計分析,獲得下列結論: 1.雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱之認知情形為大部份瞭解。 2.雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱之態度傾向為部份同意。 3.雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱之認知情形,在性別、年齡、服務年資、最高學歷、任教班別、擔任職務及是否為試辦學校之不同背景變項無顯著差異。是否參與新課綱研習之變項會影響雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱的認知程度。 4.雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱之態度傾向,在年齡、服務年資、最高學歷、任教班別、擔任職務、是否為試辦學校及是否參與研習之不同背景變項無顯著差異。不同性別之變項會影響雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱的態度傾向。 5.雲林縣國小特教教師對特教新課綱認知各層面與態度各層面呈正相關。
The purpose of this research is to understand the cognition and attitude of elementary school special education teachers in Yunlin County towards the Newly Revised Curriculum Guidelines of the Special Education. The correlations between cognition and attitude for teachers with different backgrounds are also discussed. One hundred and seventy-six teachers in Yunlin County participated in this study. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, means, standard deviations, T-test, one-way ANOVA,Scheffe’s posterior comparison and Pearson correlation analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Teachers in special education in Yunlin County have general cognition of the newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education. 2. Teachers in special education in Yunlin County tend to partially agree with the newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education. 3. There is no significant difference in the cognition of teachers with different backgrounds,such as gender, age, working experience, education level, class, occupational position and whether in a demonstration school. 4. There is no significant difference in the attitude of teachers with different backgrounds,such as age, working experience, education level, class, occupational position, whether in a demonstration school and whether attending the training. However, there is a significant difference in the attitude with respect to the gender. 5. There are significant positive correlations between the cognition and attitude of teachers towards the newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education.
