目前雖已有不少學者提出企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)關鍵因素之相關研究,來引導企業成功導入系統。但多數學者都忽略導入階段的完整性及其各階段之對應關鍵成功因素。致使企業無法掌握各階段該注意之事項,進而導致組織運作績效不佳、資源浪費。 為此,本研究將透過質性研究,提出「ERP 導入階段」及「ERP 各階段導入之關鍵成功因素」。「ERP 導入階段」之成果,是由「查核點評選」與「導入階段評選」兩部分所建立。前者是透過專案管理/流程管理角度,找出ERP 導入階段完整程度之評選依據;後者是針對先前學者所提之導入程序,運用查核點進行完整程度評估,進而找出最完整的ERP 導入階段。至於,「ERP 各階段導入之關鍵成功因素」則由「關鍵成功因素歸類」與「補足關鍵成功因素」兩部分所建立。前者是歸納整理文獻所獲得的91項關鍵成功因素,並在「ERP 導入階段」順序下,所進行歸類之成果。後者透過質性研究,增補前者不足,而獲得的120項關鍵成功因素。 最後,本研究透過層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),將「ERP 各階段導入之關鍵成功因素」進行重要度分析,確定每個關鍵成功因素之重要順位,進而作為企業成功導入之參考依據與基礎。
Although there have been many scholars proposed related research of ERP key factors, which guided enterprises to implement the system successfully. However, most of scholars ignored the integrity of implementation stages and the key success factors which corresponding to in every implementation stage. So enterprises cannot grasp the attentive items in every implementation stage. Then, it resulted in the poor organization operating performance and resources waste. Therefore, this research proposed “ERP implementation stage” and “Key success factors for ERP implementation stage” through the qualitative research. The result of “ERP implementation stage” is established by two parts: “judging and deciding the check point”, and then “judging and deciding the implementation stage”. The former is through the perspectives of project management and process management to find out the basis of judging and deciding the integrity in the ERP implementation stage. The latter is through implementation stages proposed by previous scholars to use the check point to evaluate the integrity, and further to find out the most complete ERP implementation stage. As for “Key success factors for ERP implementation stage” is established from two parts: “Key success factors categorization” and “Key success factors replenishment”. The former result is by generalizing related literatures to find out the 91 key success factors and classifying according to the order of “ERP implementation stage”. The latter is to increase and replenish the lack of former through the qualitative research to get 120 key success factors. Finally, this research used the weight analysis for “Key success factors for ERP implementation stage” and confirmed important order of every key success factor through the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Further, it can be the reference basis and foundation for businesses implementing ERP system successfully.
