雲林縣幼兒園與家長對雲端廣播系統接送滿意度之調查研究

摘要

孩童放學時安全問題，許多家長在忙碌工作下也是需要親自到幼稚園
接送孩童回家。但往往家長到了幼稚園時，還需要等待孩童下課，耽誤了不少時間，甚至在接送過程中還容易出現家長重複接送與責怪老師或者幼兒動作太慢等誤會產生，本研究報告選擇一所傳統幼兒園導入雲端廣播系統接送服務讓家長接送孩童前，可以先向幼兒園預告家長即將到達的訊息，讓幼稚園的導護老師能提早督促學生做好準備等待家長來接送。

　　雲端廣播系統導入不僅增加了幼兒園接送的效，並能提高家長對幼兒園的滿意度，也減少園所老師的工作壓力，實際在幼兒園導入系統的實用，經過測試後再以問卷調查的方式，統計出園所與家長覺得使用雲端廣播系統，對於接送孩童是有幫助的，其中開車接送孩童的家長更能明確感受到系統導入的優點。

With changes in society in recent years, many parents personally take their
children home from kindergarten while them leaving school. Often, in the peak
period for picking up early children, the parents need more and more unnecessarywaiting time, because the causes of safety check and long packing up time for early children.

The system shortens the time to pick up the children in front of the preschool, also promotes parent’s satisfaction, and reduces workloadings to the nursery staff; otherwise, the cloud broadcast picking up system enhances the competitiveness of the kindergarten and confronts the trend of fewer children lightly because of less manpower.
