參雜成分對於塑膠模造功能零件的影響研究

本論文探討PEI與PEI/2%MWCNT、PEI/2%MWNGP之母粒混合成十種比例後,與P材料A纖維的機械性質的比較,並用P材料A纖維做循環回收料分析後,再加入P材料B纖維後探討其實驗性質。實驗包含拉伸試驗、衝擊試驗、拉力試驗、彎曲試驗、環境試驗、熱性質試驗。 實驗結果表示,在PEI混練奈米材料的各種比例中,PEI/2%MWCNT有較高的拉伸強度,但仍小於P材料A纖維,所以後續使用強度較高的P材料A纖維做循環回收料分析。循環回收料分析結果,在外觀方面沒有因循環次數的增加,而造成尺寸的變化或外觀的缺陷,但在性質方面卻因循環次數增加,而越不穩定。 從回收料分析中得知性質較低的全回收料後,將P材料A纖維與P材料B纖維各製成新料與全回收料兩種後,再進行實驗分析。實驗結果表示,P材料B纖維在環測前後拉力值都大於P材料A纖維;而熱性質方面在玻璃轉化溫度高於P材料A纖維,但熱變形溫度低於P材料A纖維。

This thesis is to explore PEI and PEI / 2% MWCNT, PEI / 2% MWNGP the master batch mixed into ten kinds proportion, and P material A fiber comparison of the properties, and P material A fiber number of recycling and recovery material analysis,then add the P material B fiber to explore its experimental in nature. Experiments contains the tensile test, impact test, tensile test, bending test, environmental test, thermal property testing. The experimental result indicates in PEI blend kneading on fire nanomaterial in various proportions in the PEI / 2% MWCNT have a higher tensile strength, but still less than the P material A fiber, the subsequent use the strength is higher of P material A fiber looping recycled materials analysis. Recycling and recovery material analysis, in terms of appearance is not a result the increasing of cyclic times, resulting size change or appearance of the defect, but in nature because of cycle number increases, and more unstable. Learned lower nature recycled materials from the recycling material analysis, P material A fiber and P material B fiber made of new material and regrind two, and then experiment analysis. The experimental result indicates that P material B fiber tension before and after the environmental test values are greater than the P material A fiber, and thermal properties in the glass transition temperature higher than the P material A fiber, but the heat distortion temperature is lower than the P material A fiber.
