應用遊戲化機制建構APP系統平台以提升員工工作動機

摘要


服務業的產值在已開發國家中佔有相當高的比例,台灣產業的結構也逐步轉向以服務為主要中心,而服務產業向來以『人力』為最大的資產,其中,又以零售業為最大宗,但零售業經常面臨到企業在投注了大量成本與人力來培訓人員後,員工有可能會立即離職或轉換跑道等問題。此種居高不下的流動率是企業所不願意見到的窘境,因此,如何留住人才是企業們所面臨的一大課題。而過往多半的企業皆採用獎金的獎勵機制來留住員工,但這樣的獎勵效果是有限度的,如何運用獎金以外的方式來激勵員工就成了值得思考的議題。因此,本研究將結合企業行動化與遊戲化的概念,來設計與實作一款行動應用程式(APP),而透過遊戲思維運用在於員工工作上,能夠提升員工的工作動機,並增加員工工作積極性與忠誠度,而這樣的方式對於企業來說,也可以的減少成本負擔,不用再像過去一樣,只以金錢來作為留住員工的唯一誘因。

The output value of the service industry sector occupies a very high proportion in developed countries, and Taiwan's industrial structure also gradually shift to service industry. As we know, service industry's greatest asset is human, and the retail business becomes the largest population in the service industry. However, it often the facing these problems with employee turnover, thus, how to retain employees is the major issue for these enterprise. At the past, most of enterprises are using bonuses to retain employees, but this reward effect is very limited, therefore, how to using the better ways to encourage employees becomes a significant issue to be investigated. In this study has been propose the use of gamification to improve employees working condition and increase loyalty. By using the proposed approach for employees, it not only has better ways to enhance employee’s working motivation, but also can reduce costs of bonus.
