摘要


本論文將使用光學模擬軟體- TracePro來設計非球面透鏡霧燈。以LED為發光源投射於前方25公尺處之屏幕,進行非球面透鏡參數設計以及投射光形圖之模擬分析,以符合ECE R19的前霧燈法規需求。 非球面透鏡材質假設為光學壓克力(PMMA)或有機玻璃,設計由多焦點非球面所組成的透鏡,利用全反射的原理, 使LED發射出來的發散光經由透鏡能夠變成聚集的準直光,LED光源選用PHILIPS Lumileds公司所生產的LUXEON Z ES的3W白光LED為發光源,當驅動電流為700mA時,其總光通量可達200流明左右,再經過透鏡的旋轉、尺寸及角度優化,其在25公尺處的照度為符合ECE R19的規範,最亮的地方超過 1.5lux,其設計結果尺寸為40*43*38mm。 關鍵字:LED、前霧燈

In this thesis, we use the optical simulation software – TracePro to design aspheric lens for fog lights. A LED light source projected on the screen in front of 25 meters is defined to perform aspheric lens design parameters and simulation. Analysis of projection light pattern is required by the front fog lamps regulation of ECE R19. The material of aspherical lens is assumed to be optical acrylic (PMMA) or plexiglass and lens is designed by composed of the multifocal aspheric. According to the principle of total reflection, the divergent light emitted from the LED through the lens can be collimated. LUXEON Z ES (3W white LED) made by Lumileds is used as light source. when the drive current is 700mA , the total luminous flux is up to 200 lumen. The optimization was achieved by tuning lens rotation, size and angle. Resulted illumination at 25 meters is complied with ECE R19 standard and the brightest area is over 1.5lux. Size of the final design result is 40 * 43 * 38mm. Keywords:LED、Front fog lamp
