記憶體模組製造業因進入門檻低,導致競爭者不斷增加,市場處於惡性削價的競爭環境中,如何提升公司的競爭力,以達到符合客戶交期及品質要求,已是記憶體模組製造業首要課題。提升競爭力的方法之一可從提升供應商管理績效著手。如果企業能掌握原料國際行情、市場供需趨勢、最佳化採購價格策略、提升供應商交貨品質及服務、價格等各方面能力,就能提高企業在產業間之競爭力。有鑑於此,本研究以記憶體模組製造業原料供應商,由企業內部相關部門專家所提供之評估資料,首以熵值(Entropy)客觀計算出每一評估指標之權重,再應用理想解類似度順序偏好法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS),針對原料供應商定期績效評核比進行優劣排序。 本研究是以A1~A3等三家原料供應商為研究樣本,以產品認證配合度、交期準確性、進料檢驗批退率、製程產生不良率、重大品質異常發生率、客戶抱怨退貨率、改善報告回覆時效、價格等做為供應商評核績效指標,以決定樣本公司供應商之績效。研究結果顯示:接受評估之三家原料供應商中,以A1樣本公司之相對績效(Ci)值達77.24%,為供應商績效評核為最優廠商,可以列入長期配合發展並維持良好關係廠商。
How to increase company’s competitiveness has become an important issue in the DRAM manufacturing industry. One way to increase company’s competitiveness is to improve its supplier management performance. Therefore, the objective of this study is two folds: first, to determine the key supplier performance indicators in the DRAM manufacturing industry and second, to evaluate supplier’s performance by using TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The performance indicators determined in this study are “cooperation in product certification”, “delivery accuracy” , “incoming material reject rate”, “production defect rate”, “major quality abnormal occurrence rate”, “customer complain rate” , “response speed on improvement report”, and “price”. In addition, the result from TOPSIS application shows that among the three suppliers investigated, A1 supplier has the highest relative performance value of 77.24%。
