現今於軸對軸 (Roll to Roll,R2R)的技術與製造方面,已逐步往低成本製造和應用發展。大多數研究多是在探討印刷速度、印刷分辨或印刷墨水。另有幾種研究都集中在使用相同的印刷滾筒於多層次及印刷各種顏色的改變。因此,本研究提出一種自動調整印刷圖案位置的R2R機台,可由原本的固定印刷速度改變成不同印刷速度。另外,在印刷尺寸方面,保有固定印製長度,但未印刷空白長度可自動改變調整。目的是為了解決傳統的更換滾軸尺寸,需要花費調整機械時間問題。此外,本研究運用可程式控制器(PLC)和人機介面(HMI)的配合實驗進行論證。 本研究之R2R系統包含了兩個步進馬達與控制驅動器、印刷軸、可程式控制器(PLC)、人機介面與感測器,實驗設計上針對印刷長度、生產數量與印刷速度等控制進行參數研究。實驗結果顯示可自動調整印製位置R2R運轉方式是可行,且印刷成品誤差在2 mm內,但還有調整及改善空間。本研究R2R印刷是依據產業需求而設計,它提供不同印刷尺寸規格並提高印刷袋品質,相信此研究可提供相關重要訊息供學術與產業界參考。
In general, the technologies and fabrications of roll to roll (R2R) have been gradually developed for large area applications and low-cost manufacturing. Most studies investigated the printing velocity, the printing resolution, and the printing moisture of the R2R fabrications. Few studies have focused on the multi-layer printing for various colors using same printing cylinders. Therefore, this thesis proposes an automatic adjustment of printing patterned position for R2R machine that based on a constant velocity and a various velocity during printing. The R2R printing machine is used for printed and unprinted patterns of varying bag lengths. The aim is to solve the problems of the traditional ones changing the roller sizes when printing. Furthermore, the implementation of the printing technologies that based on the programmable logic controller (PLC) and the human-machine interface (HMI) were demonstrated. The R2R machine system includes two stepper motors with control drivers, a print roller, a PLC, a HMI, and sensors. The control parameters of required length, produced quantity, and speed of the printing machine are investigated. One of the experimental results that the finished product error in this study with within two millimeters shows the R2R way is feasible but needs to be adjusted and improved. Therefore, this study provides the fully automatic adjustment of printing R2R machine that designed according to the demand of market; it can provide different specifications and different shape bags with high quality.
