國小數學學習成就的提升,一直是眾多家長、教師、學者與教育機關所重視的教育課題。雖然已有許多學者提出影響數學學習成就因素之研究,但大多為單一面向,少有研究以權重角度來探討國小數學學習成就之重要影響因素。 為此,本研究蒐集專家學者的文獻作為佐證,彙整出國小數學學習成就影響因素;並以OADI個人學習循環流程作為構面的基礎,運用質性訪談法深入探討,建立出國小數學學習成就關鍵影響因素架構。最後,透過層級分析法(AHP)賦予權重值,建置能為教育界所使用之架構與量表。此項成果不僅給予第一線教育工作者及家長當作提升國小學生數學學習成就的參考,亦可給專家學者、教育主管機關等,做為決定教育政策方向時的重要依據。
The enhancement of elementary school students’ performance in mathematics has received much attention from parents, teachers, scholars, and education authorities. Although a great number of researchers have conducted studies on factors influencing the learning performance in mathematics, most of them are on a single-dimension basis. Few studies focus on critical weighting factors influencing elementary school students’ learning performance in mathematics. Firstly, a great amount of studies and literatures are compiled to describe the factors influencing elementary school students’ learning performance in mathematics. With in-depth qualitative interviews, we then construct a framework of critical factors influencing elementary school students’ learning performance in mathematics on the basis of OADI personal learning cycle. Finally, we employ the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to assign weights to critical factors, establishing a feasible framework and weighted criteria for education authorities. The study can act as a reference for educators and parents to enhance elementary school students’ performance in mathematics. It also provides grounds for scholars and authorities to make constructive educational policies.
