雲端版企業資源規劃(ERP)系統因具低租賃成本與功能簡潔化之優勢,而逐漸瓜分傳統版ERP市場。但不少高階主管卻擔憂兩類型版本,在導入活動上存在高度差異,而裹足不前。過去,雖已有不少ERP系統導入關鍵成功因素之相關研究,來提醒企業重視與改善,但研究成果尚未明確說明兩類型版本導入活動過程中有何差異,以致於無法解決高階主管所困擾的問題。因此,本研究將建立兩型態ERP導入活動業務之架構,並調查其重要度,比較兩型態系統導入之差異,提供給高階主管有所參考之依據,以評估企業目標,選用適切型態之導入方式。 為此,本研究(1)先藉由文獻回顧,彙整成功導入ERP之關鍵因素與實施業務項目;(2)透過質性訪談法,建立「ERP導入活動架構表」,以呈現整體導入活動之階段(構面)、目標(類別)、關鍵因素、業務;(3)並透過層級分析法(AHP),以呈現各構面、類別、業務之整體權重值;(4)比較/分析兩類型ERP導入活動業務重要度的差異。 經比較發現,兩類型導入活動在「類別」下的「發現差異」、「評估專案」、「規範活動」、「分派模組」與「業務」下的「提出差異解決方案」、「呈報專案成本風險」、「明定部門權責流程」之項目在「傳統」的重要度低於「雲端」,顯示實存在高度差異。故本論文之成果,確實值得學術界、實務界與顧問業界之注意,並藉以提升企業在ERP導入活動上之成功可能性。
Because of the advantage of leasing with low-cost and functions-simplicity, the Cloud-Computing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) gradually merges the traditional ERP. Due to the two types of version will cause height differentia in implementation activities, lots of senior managers are worried about suspending the process. Although many research had examined the critical success factors of implementing ERP system, but it is likely that greater differences between traditional ERP and cloud-computing ERP. This presents a dilemma that organizations were confused to adopt cloud-computing ERP, and even solve problem under it. One objective of our study is to find a proper implementation strategy, so this research questions addressed in our study include: (1) Establish the implementation framework of cloud-computing ERP and traditional ERP; (2) Compare their difference of importance degree between those 2 types ERP. Therefore, the research (1) Summarizes the critical success factors and activities of implementing ERP; (2) Applies Qualitative Interviews to set up “The ERP Implementation Activities Chart” showing dimensions, categories, crucial factors and tasks; (3) then, the paper expresses the weights of every dimension, category, and crucial task with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP); (4) Analyze the differences of activities importance degree between 2 types ERP . After the study compares these two types’ implementation activities, founding the categories and crucial tasks are with height differentia. As the result of the study, it is worthy of being attention by academia, practices, and consultants. The research results also improve the success probability of ERP implementation activities.
