新型11/23kV匯流排電壓異常之監視方式探討

摘要


本論文探討電力變壓器二次側匯流排電壓的控制,主要由調整有載分接頭切換器升或降而來,因此研究利用程式累計每次有載分接頭升或降時分接頭位置顯示的類比值,於程式設定一定時間內當分接頭位置變化差異達設定次數以上時,即產生一個重警報提醒值班人員注意確認。本方法僅需軟體設定,不需增加硬體設備,並可適用於全部使用有載分接頭的變壓器,與現行主要以取樣匯流排電壓監控方式不同。平常運轉時不會增加值班人員的負擔,搭配既有之匯流排電壓取樣監控方式,可提供值班人員正確判斷的依據,另有預知分接頭位置檢出設備異常的效果。經實際使用於台灣電力公司嘉民、龍崎超高壓小型自動化監控系統測試及案例,盼能提供值班人員多一項可資運用的工具,藉以預防運轉電壓過高風險。

The research is about the control of secondary bus voltage of power transformer. It mainly comes from the adjustment of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). The research uses a program to store the frequency of interval time, and when a certain amount of cumulative analogy value for tap position display with program analysis on load tap changer has been reached, it can create a heavy alarm for operator's attention and confirmation. This method only needs software settings, additional hardware equipment isn’t needed, and can be applied to all of the transformer on load tap changer, and is different from the sampling of bus voltage monitoring which we currently use. It does not cause the burden of operators in normal operation. It can be used with the current sampling of bus voltage monitoring together and provide the information to operators so they can judge accurately. It can also detect tap position in order to predict the abnormal of equipment additionally. It was actually used for the testing case of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA) in Taiwan Power Company for Jia-Ming and Long-Gi extra high voltage substation. The systems will provide more efficiency to the operators and decrease the risk of damage in high voltage system.
