摘要

現今要維持企業競爭力的要素之一就是知識，同時也是企業續存的關鍵所在，因此毫無疑問的維持企業發展及競爭優勢不二法門，就是發展知識管理（Knowledge Management，KM）。
隨著科技不斷進步，關於加油站POS維護技巧也不斷更新，以符合實況所需。隨著系統日趨複雜，但加油站POS維護人員也因不少人員年紀接近退休階段，而逐漸進入新的世代交替，但卻也存在著記錄未能有效的保存的問題，同時原本累積在員工腦海中的知識和經驗也隨著資深員工的退休離職後而逐漸消失。若無法將相關知識予以系統化，供人員查閱及經驗分享，可能會發生新進人員遇到重大問題時無法第一時間有效解決，人員勢必要花更多時間跟精力來尋求解決之道，實在是公司在無形資產中的一大損失。
本篇研究係以知識管理應用在加油站POS維護之探討，利用專家深度訪談方式，訪問桃竹苗營業處所轄桃竹苗各零售中心POS維護人員對於建置知識管理之重要性看法，進而從訪談中建構屬於加油站POS維護使用的知識管理系統。研究重點是如何將加油站POS維護的眾多知識、文件加以分類及分享，從加油站POS維護的知識管理系統中，可以供維護人員於現場可以第一時間找到所要的答案及維護方法，節省摸索時間，避免不必要的各種浪費。

Knowledge not only maintain the competitive of enterprises but also a key to continue business, so that is a reason how important to develop knowledge management is for maintaining competitive advantage and enterprise development.
As technology continues to progress, POS maintenance skills are constantly updated to meet the required needs at gas station. As systems become more complex, few of POS maintenance staff are nearly retirement age and all environment is in a new generational change gradually, so failed data record and inefficiency become a problem. Meantime, lots of knowledge and experience in employees’ mind will be disappeared when they are retired. If systematization of knowledge is not built up for related staff access and share, major problem come that new staff may not able to resolve effectively. It is a big loss from spending more time and efforts to find a solution.
This study is based on knowledge management of applying POS maintenance at gas station. Depth interviews with experts and visit POS maintenance staff at retail center of Taoyuan , Hsinchu and Miaoli Branch to understand the importance of knowledge management in POS and how to build this up systematic.This research will be focused on how to maintain POS, classify document and share knowledge from massive information at gas station. To approve once POS maintenance management system is set up, maintenance staff are able to find the answers efficiently and save times to explore by maintenance method to avoid unnecessary wastes.
