本研究旨在探討雲林縣國小教師工作價值觀、工作生活品質與組織承諾的現況及其關聯。本研究針對雲林縣公立國民小學,採取分層隨機取樣之問卷調查方式,抽取499位教師,有效樣本445份,問卷可使用率為94.28%。研究工具為「國小教師工作價值觀、工作生活品質與組織承諾之調查問卷」。所得資料以SPSS 20.0統計軟體執行分析,並透過描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費法、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸分析等方法來驗證本研究假設,結果發現如下: 1.雲林縣國小教師工作價值觀現況方面,以「人際互動」感到最重要;工作生活品質現況方面,以「薪資福利」感到最滿意;組織承諾現況方面,以「留任傾向」最受重視。 2.不同年齡之雲林縣國小教師,其在「工作價值觀」、「工作生活品質」及「組織承諾」的認知呈現有顯著差異。 3.不同服務年資之雲林縣國小教師,在「組織承諾」有顯著差異。 4.雲林縣國小教師的工作價值觀與組織承諾具有中度正相關 5.雲林縣國小教師的工作生活品質與組織承諾具有中度正相關 6.雲林縣國小教師的工作價值觀與工作生活品質具有中度正相關 7.雲林縣國小教師的工作價值觀、工作生活品質對其組織承諾具有顯著的預測力;其中尤以「教學環境」及「自我調適與規劃」兩層面最具預測力。
This study aims at presenting practical applications and correlation among elementary school teachers' work values, quality of work life, and organizational commitment in Yunlin County. The questionnaires were administered and the samples were selected from the teachers in the public elementary schools in Yunlin County by stratified random sampling. 499 quesionnaires were distributed for this study. There were a total of 445 valid questionnaires used in the statistical analysis, and the validity rate is 94.28%. The research instrument used is " The work values, quality of work life, and organizational commitment questionnaire of elementary school teachers". SPSS 20.0 statistics software was empolyed to process all the data through descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The major findings were as follows: 1."Professional interaction with peers" is deemed as the most important factor in all work values;elementary school teachers in Yunlin County are most satisfied with their "Compensation and Benefits" when evaluating their current quality of work life and teachers are most "Intention to stay" in all organizational commitment. 2.There were significant differences in age in relation to work values, quality of work life, and organizational commitment for elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. 3.There were significant differences in length of service in the area of organizational commitment for elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. 4.There were medium positive correlations between work values and organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. 5.There were medium positive correlations between quality of work life and organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. 6.There were medium positive correlations between work values and quality of work life of elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. 7.In Yunlin County, elementary school teachers' work values and quality of work life could predict organizational commitment. As a result, "Environmental support" and "Professional life" were found to be most influencial in their work environment.
