本研究應用分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)於統計製程管制(Statistical Process Control, SPC),主要目的是由生產線上所即時監控的製程條件資料庫中,藉由ANP分析出管制條件對品質控管項目的直接影響以及各生產條件間的相互依存關係,進而從大量條件中得知各條件對管理項目的影響程度即權重,以此作為製程控制時應該優先列為重要的管制項目。本研究透過某全球面板科技大廠所提供的生產線上即時偵測監控系統所得之數據,進行研究分析,研究結果再與該公司實際生產控制進行對照比較。由實證分析之結果得知,透過本研究所提出的有系統的研究方法應用,可以提供製程管理工程師一個具體分析生產條件的方法,並在決定管理條件時有充分的參考依據,進而提高生產線品質的穩定性。
This research has applied ANP(Analytic Network Process, ANP) to SPC(Statistical Process Control, SPC).The main purpose is that analyzing the influence among the controlling factors against the quality controlling target by ANP. After completing comparison matrix, the weight average ratio of criteria factors for each individual hierarchy can be reached and each individual weight average ratio represents its influencing characteristic vector for controlling target. And then assist in reaching controlling key factors concerning the production and sorting out a weight average ratio priority sequence. The results showed that it provide systematic methodologies for analyzing problems concerning production conditions and considered as the reference of the deciding controlling conditions and then enhancing productivity stability for a process engineers in this research.
