隨著全球化國際市場的競爭,如何應對市場快速的變化,已然成為廠商存活的關鍵,再加上產品生命週期縮短的衝擊,縮短新產品設計開發時程顯得越來越重要。近年來汽車電子技術進步,經濟不斷成長,促使汽車電子產業需求的增加,汽車影音系統呈現快速成長的趨勢,本研究運用品質機能展開( Quality Function Deployment, QFD )結合分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process, ANP )為基礎,作為產品設計開發的模式,在滿足消費者的需求之前提下,達成快速研發效益。 隨著半導體與通訊技術的成熟,各家汽車大廠為了進行產品差異化之市場區隔策略,已開始試著將電子產品應用於車輛的領域,除了提供有別於機械所表現之功能外,其應用範圍也從引擎、傳動或底盤等產品,逐漸邁向主動安全、駕駛方便性、功能智慧化、乘坐舒適性、娛樂及高可靠性等相關之功能,因此涉及汽車製造、電子、光電、通訊等相關技術之新興產業-汽車電子便受到世界的矚目。 本研究以汽車影音系統為產品設計開發為對象,運用品質機能展開為架構,探討顧客需求屬性與新產品開發方案之間的關連性,作為產品設計開發之依據。一般傳統的品質機能展開需大量依靠專家主觀的直接意見判斷,為克服過於主觀的缺失,本研究運用ANP將品質屋顧客需求內部相依關係、開發方案內部相依關係與顧客需求與開發方案交互關聯納入考量,進行較為客觀的評估分析,使QFD的主觀評估達到更加客觀的效果。本研究以汽車影音系統之產品設計開發為研究對象,結合QFD與ANP的方法,提供企業設定明確簡單的產品設計開發流程,發展市場所需之產品。
Following by the competition of global international marketing, how to correspond with high-speed variation in market became the key issue for company survival. Plus the impact to product life cycle declined, it became more and more important to shorten the period of developing new product design (DNPD). Nowadays the vehicle electronics (V.E.) technologies keep improving and also the economic keep growing, so which increase the demand of V.E. industry and also make vehicle digital multimedia system became the trend. This research method is apply to quality function deployment (QFD) combine with analytic network process (ANP) to become the model for developing product design. Base on satisfying the need of consumers, to reach the beneficial result for efficient researching. As the semi-conductor and communication technologies are getting mature, many great vehicle factories are working on product diversity for compartmentalization, and start trying to put electronic products in the use of vehicle domain, providing functions more than basic mechanical uses. The application shifts from engines, classis or transmission etc. progressively to active safety, driving convenience, artificial intelligent function, seat comfort ability, entertainment and high-stable product and others, which involve in sunrise industries like vehicle manufacture, electronics, photoelectric and electro-communication and more. VE became a new focus in the world. This research is focused on DNPD on VE digital multimedia system and use QFD as structure, to probe into the connectivity between the attribute of customer demand and DNPD project, in accordance with product design developing. Normally a traditional QFD would rely on abundant subjective judgment from an authority. For conquering the shortcomings of being too subjective, this research is applying ANP to consider interdependent priorities of customer needs, interdependent priorities of the development projects and interrelationship between customer needs and development projects in QFD, which would proceed more objective evaluated analysis and to make the effects of subjective QFD evaluation became more objective. This research is targeting on DNPD of VE digital multimedia system, which combines with the method of QFD and ANP, to provide enterprises to set simple and definite DNPD process, for developing the products that market needed.
