在大部分人的生活中,各式各樣的活動排隊等候是司空見慣的事情,好比等公車、等捷運、等點餐……等等,在這個知識爆炸分秒必爭的競爭社會中,如果可以減少這些等候的時間,一方面讓所有的行程更加的順暢,另一方面節省許多不必要的人力與物力的浪費。 在本研究中,我們試著開發一套應用在智慧型手機的雲端醫療輔助系統之行動候診查詢應用,配合醫療機構將相關診間醫師的看診資訊,透過一個制式化的XML格式即時上傳到Web Services更新,提供各醫療機構最新的醫師看診資訊;使用者透過智慧型手機查詢前往之醫療機構之看診資訊,進而拿捏前往醫療機構候診的時間,可以大幅的降低在醫療院所候診的不耐時間。藉由智慧手機的功能提升,相關平台呈現更多樣化的相關資訊,讓使用者可以有更直觀的資訊。而這樣的資訊提供方式,使得傳統資訊呈現方式有了大幅度的改進,讓資訊提供者與使用者之間的資訊交流,不再侷限於單方面主動提出要求的資訊獲得模式,進而達成業者與使用者雙贏的局面。
Activities such as waiting in line for bus or waiting for food service often occur in our daily living. While our knowledge continues to expand and our society is rapidly becoming more and more competitive, timesaving has become such an important issue which rivals the studies on manpower and resource conservation. The purpose of this study is to design a new timesaving application on the smart phone. The core of this application is a cloud-based medical-aid query system. It enables users to match the information from the medical facility with attending doctors and vice versa. In another word, the functions in the application enable doctors to acquire patient information from medical records and allow the facilities to conveniently track doctors’ information as well. This app is primary written in standard XML codes and connects live to the web servers. Hence the data is updated instantaneously. Such system is capable of monitoring doctors’ activities thus potentially reducing the waiting time for patients. The information is accessed via two directions which include the users and providers. Due to the fact that the information on the application can be openly accessed across multiple platforms, thus the application alleviates the problems in the current state of miscommunication.
