隨著日前國家經濟及政治等因素,國防軍事預算逐年縮減、組織人員 不斷精減、調整及合併,使得國軍人員僅利用有限資源,創造最大支援戰力之力量,這是首要目標,也是一種國際趨勢,不僅只有台灣施行,許多新進國家,也都朝著此目標努力,為了就是減少不必要的資源浪費,以直接性的從事軍事投資,以達發揮最大戰力及效益。 本研究就以限制理論,配合現行各軍機施行修護資源系統運作情況分析其結果,此結果主要探討其軍機修維護人員於執行非計畫修護工作後,將維護資料輸入修護資源系統時所產生之錯誤,因此肇生其錯誤率,恐影響資源浪費、重複投資及決策者判斷錯誤等,故本研究發現妥適運用限制理論,可有效的降低其錯誤率,以精進提升整體系統運作流程順暢及數據價值性參考。
With the recent national economic and political factors, defense budgets cut year by year, human resource continue to streamline, adjustment and consolidation. Its military personnel use just limited resources to create maximum supporting combat power, which is not only the primary goal, but also an international trend. Not just for the purposes of Taiwan, many new countries are also efforts toward this goal to reduce unnecessary waste of resources, and using direct property investment in the military to maximize combat power and effectiveness. In this study, using theory of constraints to analyze the result of operating situation of each military aircraft with current implementation to discuss the error data that maintenance personnel input to maintenance management system after unscheduled maintenance. It might cause error rate, wasting of resource, overlapping investment and erroneous decision making. Therefore, this study found that the purpose of the theory of constraints, which can effectively reduce the error rate in order to improve overall system sophisticated operational processes smoothly and the value of the reference data.
