摘要

在許多國內中小企業為了尋找更好的投資環境與生存空間而紛紛外移之時，國內仍有些「根留台灣」的企業希望藉由提升產品品質、降低成本、縮短交期的方式來面對全球席捲而來的低價競爭。為達到以上目標紛紛引進許多新穎管理技術與改善手法，如全面品質管理（TQM）、豐田生產方式（TPS）、全面生產保養（TPM）來強化企業體質提升競爭力。
本研究以自行車零組件廠為例，探討如何成功整合TQM、TPS、TPM生產管理改善活動。藉由中心廠與協力廠間相互學習與勉勵的合同研方式，創造出共同成長的契機，讓企業避免走上外移的命運，得以繼續為台灣經濟永續發展尋找出路。

Many domestic SMEs have begun to move overseas in order to find a better investment environment and living space. However, still have some SMEs choose to remain in Taiwan by improving product quality, reducing costs and shortening delivery in order to face global low-cost competition. Therefore, these companies have implemented many new improvement technologies and management approaches, such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Toyota Production System (TPS), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), to strengthen their companies’ physical constitution and enhance their competitiveness.
In this study, a bicycle components factory is taken as an example to investigate how to successfully integrate TQM, TPS, and TPM production improvement activities. By using “contract research organization” approach, companies can learn from each other to create growth opportunity and to find a way of sustainable development.
