摘要

資訊科技普及的今日，企業內部的各項工作越來越需要使用各種資訊系統來輔助日常作業。公司營運交易資料存放在眾多企業軟體所使用的資料庫之中，如何有效率地進一步篩選出所需要的關鍵資訊，這是一件很值得我們去關注和研究的項目。透過有效且快速的輔助決策分析工具，能夠為企業創造出更有價值的經營模式。
本研究是以C企業現行使用企業資源規劃(ERP)系統中的資料庫，由日常工作所建立的客戶訂單為基礎，使用資料倉儲(Data Warehouse, DW)、線上分析處理(Online Analytical Processing, OLAP)等技術，來進行商業智慧分析平台的建置。並且使用Microsoft公司開發之工具平台如Visual Studio、SQL Server及Strategy Companion Analyzer等軟體工具來進行資料擷取分析，以多維度的方式即動態組合並呈現視覺化圖表，為工作成員創造出一個簡單、易學、容易使用的商業智慧分析平台。

With rapidly development of information techniques, most enterprise take advantage of information system to do the daily works. Transactional records are stored in database system of various enterprise software. Therefore, it is so important for us to discover the required information effenciently. It may help the enterprise to create a highly productive business model with proper decision tools.
Based on the database system of the ERP system of the case company, this study adopts several techniques, like Data Warehouse (DW), Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), to develop the Business Intelligence (BI) analytical platform. In addition, we uses Microsoft development tools, like Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2 and Strategy Companion Analyzer, to peform the jobs of data extraction, visualization design with OLAP structure. Consequently, the employees can spend less time to manipulate this BI platform.
