本研究以雲林縣的工業區的員工為對象,試圖找出領導行為、組織文化、員工工作滿意間之關係,研究方法主要採用文獻探討法與問卷分析法,並以t檢定, ANOVA, Pearson相關以及迴歸分析進行資料分析。 領導行為區分為轉換型領導與交易型領導二項,組織文化區分為創新型文化與支持型文化二項。 本研究對斗六工業區、雲林科技工業區、絲織工業區、豐田工業區之員工各發放100份問卷,共發放400份;有效問卷395份,進行統計分析。 研究結果發現領導行為與組織文化間有顯著的正相關,領導行為與員工工作滿意間有顯著的正相關,組織文化與員工工作滿意間有顯著的正相關。此外,領導行為、組織文化對員工工作滿意有顯著影響。本研究藉由獲致之結果提出建議,以提供國內中小企業經營的參考。
This study treated the employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Yunlin County as subjects, and probed into the relationship among the leadership behavior, organizational culture and employees’work satisfaction. The research methods included literature review and questionnaire analysis. The data were analyzed with t test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, with 100 questionnaires distributed to each of Douliu Industrial Park, Yunlin Technology-based Industrial Park, Silk Industrial Park and Fongtian Industrial Park. This study retrieved 395 valid samples. Leadership behavior is divided into transformational leadership and transactional leadership; and organizational culture is divided into innovative culture and supportive culture. The results showed that leadership behavior has a significant positive correlation with the organizational culture and employees’ work satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive correlation with employees’ work satisfaction. Leadership behavior has a significant influence on employees’ work satisfaction. Based on the research results, this study offers suggestions for the references of SMEs in Taiwan.
