工具機結構之靜態剛性分析與研究

摘要


本論文研究的主要目的是將藉由精密振動偵測儀器,搭配有限元素分析法及模態分析軟體,取得立式工具機機台結構之各種動、靜態數據,包括各主要結構體之受力狀況及應力分佈,參考模組分析結果進行機台動態優質化,將可能缺陷的機構進行改造,最終取得機台剛性的最佳化。 有限元素分析法是目前使用最普遍的結構剛性分析方法,若在搭配模態分析實驗將各種所得數據轉換成各種頻譜分析模式,將各重要零組件諸如主軸、刀庫、立柱、傳動軸、工作台等,在不同切削條件下,所產生的振動、噪音現象,其各象限受力狀況轉換運用傅利葉波形模式,來分析探討振動、噪音與各部件之受力關係;而利用此關係分析式於加工動態模式下,取得各種不利於機台精度與壽命的因素,利用數學分析式建立機台部件狀態之預警效果。同時藉此反向手法,取得各重要零組件規格選用及機台結構之最佳化設計,而達到延長機台壽命及精度提升之目標。

The purpose of this research paper would be use the accelerometer , that will contain the Finite Element Model and software of Modes Analysis to research the machine structure , after studied this item that will got the some value of machine dynamic and static state include all the stress and influence where have to suffuse whole machine body. Also reference the analysis conclusion to improve machine structure design where have some defects; finally will obtain the optimum state of machine structure rigidity. FEM that was normal and availability to analysis machine structure rigidity at present, the better when together doing Modes experiment in the meanwhile, to research some important spare parts such as spindle, tools magazine, column, ballscrew and table etc., that the vibration and noise phenomenon would be transformed and utilization Fourier wave transform model to study and analysis the strength relation between vibration, noise and all spare parts when the state will under different condition of cutting,. And utilizing this result of analyzing to got the various kinds of unfavorable factors of a precision and life-span of machines under processing of dynamic model, and also utilizing mathematics analyzing type of machines in order to setting up the prevent and early warning result of a parts state. Meantime make use of this reverse tactics way to get the optimization design of machine structure and specification selecting of every important spare parts, in order to reach to the goal of improve the precision and life lengthening of machines.
