軸承減速機之設計與分析研究

摘要


本文研究內容為針對雙段擺線式軸承減速機設計與分析探討,將斯洛伐克SPINEA公司所製造的減速機拆解繪製,參考內部結構,將零件少量化,針輪之傳統插銷改為內外齒咬合方式,且降低減速比。設計過程中搭配逆向工程設備做為輔助,將外形較特殊的零件掃描找出其輪廓,進而利用Solidworks繪圖軟體建構CAD圖檔,最後使用外掛模組COSMOSMotion與COSMOSWorks進行動態模擬與結構分析,給予三種不同運轉狀況進行模擬,分別為調整負載大小、轉速高低以及改為諧波運動,探討不同因素運轉下對整體結構有什麼影響。

This research content is design and analysis of twins cycloid reducer. Dismantle and draw the cycloidal reducer SPINEA which is made by Slovakia. Consult the inside structure, reduce the number of parts, change the traditional pin of pin wheel to teeth bite inside and outside, and cut the reduction ratio. Use the reverse engineering equipment to scan and find the contour of special shape of parts, then build CAD image by software Solidworks. At last, use plug-ins COSMOSMotion and COSMOSWorks to do the dynamic simulation and structural analysis, then give three different kinds of motion situations to adjust load value, speed value and change to the harmonic motion. Discussion may focus on the influence under different work factor of the whole structure.
