腳踏車扭力擷取系統

摘要


本文旨在發展一套腳踏車踩踏扭力資料擷取系統,在腳踏車行進間可即時記錄其動態扭力值。在機械結構部份,將腳踏車的大齒盤(chainwheel)改裝成一個由內圓盤與外齒盤所合成的旋轉對,並在內圓盤與外齒盤之間設置一個懸臂樑形的扭力感測元件之彈性體,此元件一端螺固在內圓盤上,另一端可撥動外齒盤。當曲柄(crank)腳踏板被踩踏而連動內圓盤轉動時,在力傳動過程,此扭力感測元件會受力而產生應變。再者,在電氣信號部份的處理,由曲柄、內圓盤、外齒盤、光柵盤與扭力感測元件等所構成的整個組件被稱為齒盤端,並設置一微控器對黏貼有應變規的扭力感測元件擷取數位扭力值,以無線射頻(radio frequency, RF)傳輸介面將所擷取到的數位扭力值即時且主動地對外傳送;另一方面,腳踏車車身被稱為基地端,在其上也設置一微控器,對齒盤端的光柵圓盤計數脈波以檢知腳踏板的旋轉角度,同時接收由齒盤端RF傳來的數位扭力值。據此,基地端微控器匯整各角度與扭力之取樣值,透過有線UART傳送給PC端VB所建立的人機介面。整體而言,目前本系統性能是,可即時地擷取腳踏板360度全角度踩踏力的數位扭力值,最大額定踩踏力70kg,有效踩踏轉速介於12rpm~180rpm之間。經實際測試,驗證本文結果之可行性。

The main purpose of this paper is to develop a data acquisition system which can in real time record the torque data during the bicycle riding on. In the part of mechanism, the chainwheel of bicycle is changed to a rotary pair synthesis of an inner disc and an outer disc. A strain gauge is adhesive on a torque sensing device of cantilever-beam-liked elastic body to be used to sense torque. One end of the torque sensing device is fixed on the inner disc; the other end drives the outer disc and then drives the chain and the rear wheel. When applying a torque to the pedal and the crank to drive the inner disc and the chain, the stress will occur on the torque sensing device. On the other hand, in the part of electric signal, a MCU_R on the rotating-site is used to detect the digital torque on the torque sensing device. The rotating-site is that comprises the crank, the inner disc, the outer disc, an encoder disc and the torque sensing device. The digital torque data is transmitted in real time to the static-site with RF interface. An other MCU_S on the static-site is used to detect the rotating angle of chainwheel by the encoder disc and in same time to receives the torque data from RF interface. In fact, the static-site is the bicycle base-body. The rotating angle and the digital torque on the static-site are rearranged and then transmitted to PC with the wired UART and then are displayed on the HMI developed by MS Visual Basic. In the whole, the developed system in this paper can perform the torque data acquisition for the full revolution of chainwheel. The rating torque to pedal is 0-116N-m and the rating angular speed of chainwheel is 12rpm-180rpm. By the practical testing, the system is ensured to be workable.
