國小學生閱讀習慣提升之研究

摘要


儘管已有不少專家學者提出各項閱讀研究成果,企圖協助國小學生提升閱讀習慣。卻因缺乏系統化的引導架構,致使教師無法有效確認各階段的推動成效,以及整體的推動順序。追究其原因,教師缺乏經驗與決策不當,無法有系統化的引導學生提升閱讀習慣,才是關鍵的核心所在。 為此,本研究除透過質性研究與TOPSIS、熵值法分析,提出「閱讀習慣提升架構」與「閱讀習慣提升解決方案決策順序」。藉由導入PDCA管理循環,建立「閱讀習慣提升架構」的4構面、8中分類、22細項目、77項解決方案,在考量效果、資源、困難度3準則的情況下,明確指出閱讀習慣提升執行程序。而「閱讀習慣提升架構」主要有「導入解決方案的階段順序」與「執行解決方案的決策價值」兩部分。前者可協助教師掌握導入閱讀習慣提升各階段的循環順序。後者則可協助教師作出具體決策方案。 最後,本研究成果之價值,不僅使閱讀習慣提升有了具體可行的階段性執行程序,解決方案之決策價值與可行性。結果發現,教師不僅能更準確分配資源之價值外,亦能協助降低教師在應用閱讀解決方案過程中之摸索時間及失敗的可能性,以加速提升閱讀習慣之成功。

Many experts have tried to promote students’ reading habit in elementary schools by proposing different reading researches. However, because of a lack of a systematic guide framework, teachers cannot effectively confirm the promoting effect in each stage, and the overall order of how to promote reading. To explore the reason, the key point is that teachers lack for experiences and make wrong decisions. Therefore, they cannot systematically lead students to improve their reading habits. By using qualitative research method, TOPSIS, and Entropy method, this study offers "the Framework of Improving Reading Habits"and "the Strategy Procedure of Improving Reading Habits". By introducing into PDCA cycle, "the Framework of Improving Reading Habits" has 4 dimensions, 8 intermediate classifcations, 22 detailed items, and 77 solution plans. Considering 3 criteria, effects, resources, and difficulties, this research definitely indicates the process of how to improve reading habits. In addition,"the Framework of Improving Reading Habits" is divided into 2 parts: the order of solutuon plans and the value of implementing solution plans. The former one can help teachers to control to implement the order of improving reading habits. The latter can assist teachers in making concrete solution plans. Finally, the value of this research result is that the program of improving reading habits has the concrete procedure for applying in stages,and the significance and the feasibility of the decision to solve the case.In the result of this research, we can find that teachers can not only distribute the resources precisely but also can reduce the time of groping and the possibity of failure during the process of applying the program of solving reading issues, and that can accelerate to succeed in improving students’ reading habits.
