本研究以實車為實驗載具,從實務層面上探討車輛,在安裝於不同型式輪胎,不同胎紋深度及不同寬度下充填氮氣後,在行駛不同速度後變化之表現數據並與輪胎充填一般壓縮空氣來作噪音比較分析,藉以提供給從事汽車相關行業人員及社會大眾做參考,讓愛車得到妥當的維修保養,延長使用壽命,減低車主的經濟負擔並提升車輛行駛乘坐舒適性和安全性。 本研究主要係探討廠內原地之行車噪音,車速分別於40、60、100公里,因此速度輪胎噪音為市區、郊區及高速公路行駛之常用行駛速度,在室內亦較室外安靜不會有其他車輛噪音、風切噪音、路面坑洞之影響的優點,在實驗時,採用SAAB 9000 2300cc 轎車及百世霸(Beissbarth)底盤儀器,在不同型式輪胎,不同胎紋深度、寬度、氣體等條件下,透過萬用儀(Multi-Instrument)噪音分析,擷取車輛行駛噪音值來作比較分析,來說明氮氣輪胎與一般壓縮空氣輪胎,在乘坐舒適性及噪音性上的差異原因。依研究結果可以發現,在不同材質花紋會有不同噪音量,在相同材質花紋不同速度與接觸面積亦會使噪音有所增減。
SAAB 9000 has been used as an experimental model in this research. The Purpose of this research is to discuss drivingperformance data of vehicles at diffcrent driving speed when assembled with different type of tires filled up with nitrogen gas,and to analyze noise analysis compared with tires filled up with regular compressed air gas.The goal of this research is to provide colleagues,car industry staff,and car owners areference data to improve vehicle comfort ability andsafety,so that car industry staff can handle maintenance well,and car owners can reduce financial burden. Normally, the major measurement method of driving noise is road side measurement. However, the drawback of this method is that it can only measure the scale of total noise, but can not identify the sources of noise. The purpose of this research is to discuss driving noise on site in the workshop. The reason to hold the experimentation indoor is to exclude the external sources of noise such as noise from other vehicles wind shesr, and road potholes. Driving speed is set at 40,60 and 100 kilometer which represets when a vehicle drives in the urban area, suburban area, and freeway. The compared subjects are SAAB 9000 2300cc and Beissbarth. Through Multi-instrument noise analysis, with the different conditions of tires, speed, and gas, the research is to analyze the data of vehicle driving noise and to illustrate divergence of comfort ability and safety from tires filled up with nitrogen gas and regular compressed air gas.
