導入雲端點名系統對於學習行為之影響

摘要


有愈來愈多的學校導入點名系統來記錄學生到課情形,以掌握學生實際的出缺勤狀況,提供導師與學生家長參考,必要時可進行適時輔導。除此以外,更期望養成學生自主學習之能力與未來進入職場守時之態度。然而導入新的點名系統後所帶來之變革,學生知覺之威脅,可能導致學生抗拒之情緒,進而對學習行為帶來影響。本研究目的乃要探討導入雲端點名系統之後,知覺相容性、知覺威脅、抗拒等因素對學習行為之影響。本研究參考過去文獻,並結合科技接受模式與社會認知理論建立研究模式,採用問卷調查法收集研究資料。研究對象為實施雲端點名系統之中部某科技大學學生,以分層抽樣法進行抽樣調查,共計回收有效樣本394份,回收率為75.6%,並採用部分最小平方法(Partial Least Squares, PLS)進行信、效度分析與假設驗證,並以SPSS與SmartPLS 2.0統計軟體分析資料。研究結果支持大部分之研究假設,只有「態度」對「學習行為」則無顯著之影響。最後,本研究針對後續研究與未來導入點名系統之學校提出實務之建議。

More and more schools have built the roll-calling system in classrooms for tracking students’ actual attendance records in order to help students to develop active attitude toward self-learning behavior. However, the newly introduced roll-calling system might bring about some unpredictable influences that threatens and causes students’ resistance. This study mainly lays an eye on how the latter factors after introducing the Could Roll-calling system, such as the perceived capacity, threats, and resistance, affect students learning behavior. Research model is developed to predict learning behavior based on the technology acceptance model and the social cognitive theory. Research hypotheses in our model were examined using survey data collected from students who had experiences of using the roll-calling system. A total of 394 questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 75.6%. After analyzing the collected data by confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation modeling with the Partial Least Square, results show that most of research hypotheses are supported except that “attitude” is positively related to “leaning behavior”. Implications of research results for practice and research are discussed.
