在面臨全球化競爭的激烈環境,製造業者必須有效掌控訂單生產進度,快速反應客戶需求以提昇企業競爭優勢。在生產現場的管理層面,必須要及時確實掌握現場的各種生產動態資訊以提昇生產效率。 本研究主要目的是設計一分散式環境之半導體廠的廠區控制系統(Shop Floor Control System),透過無線射頻辨識系統(Radio Frequency Identification;RFID) 的非接觸式資訊擷取技術,與多重代理人系統(Multi-Agent System;MAS)之自主、溝通、合作等特性結合應用,發展一個以產品資訊代理人為主之廠區控制代理人系統。本廠區控制代理人系統將現場的各種生產動態資訊能夠即時的記錄以及彈性的生產排程,產品代理人根據RFID所攜帶到的產品資訊能夠自主性的進行協調溝通排程、派工和機台選擇,並及時、準確的追蹤晶圓批貨生產製程以及相關資訊的記錄,以達到後續的晶圓批貨追蹤。
A new trend of distributing manufacturing environment has resulted in the development of manufacturing control systems with agent-based architectures. For most agent-based manufacturing control systems, a real-time product data available mechanism is not considered. In this paper, an agent-based application system for shop-floor control is presented. The proposed framework uses RFID for tracking products in the system and also for attaching product manufacturing information. We apply agent technology to perform RFID-related data processing locally other than passing it along to a remote computer. This architecture greatly reduces the network load and overcome the network latency for real-time monitoring tasks. Moreover, this architecture introduces agents representing tasks and resources and a coordinating agent for distributed problem solving.
