二自由度磁性行星輪系之動力分析

摘要


本文主要目的為當二動力源正向輸入至磁性行星輪系,並將太陽輪或外環輪進行全域式無段變速,並探討可行性。並利用牛頓第二定律,進行磁性行星輪系三種形式之動力推導,其中分別針對控制、傳動與輸出軸之六種運動型式進行建立行星輪系動力分析之通式,並透過DSP與伺服馬達進行雛型機之全域式無段變速的轉速與扭矩量測,經去除高頻、均化與變化量等工程統計手法,完成二自由度磁性行星輪系的動力量測。

In the present study, the ring tow d.o.f(degree of freedom) magnetic planetary gear mechanism have been investigated by using Newton's second law. The dynamic analysis of the planetary gear train control, drive and output shaft of the six movement patterns established the general equations. We measure the speed and torque of the prototype machine through DSP and servo motor. After removing high frequency, equalization and variation, we complete the power transmission of the magnetic planetary gear train measured in engineering statistical techniques.
