虛擬工具機剛柔耦合結構的動態特性分析

摘要


工具機習稱「工作母機」,是工業生產必須的基礎設備。近幾年工具機講求輕量化,但是要在輕量化跟結構強度間取得平衡,所以現今工具機的分析設計佔有舉足輕重的分量,本論文主要以C型工具機作為傳動機構的分析對象,並且對其C型工具機結構提出一套改善設計與測試其動態剛性的方法與技術。本論文將討論C型工具機的撓性零件耦合加工時的傳動機構與承載主結構的撓性振動變形對估算各種力量的動態影響,除了使用ANSYS有限元素分析軟體去設定硬軌機台的有限元素模型,模擬結構系統的理論解析同時把本體變為撓性體,討論其共振頻率、模態振型和阻尼等,並且透過RecurDyn分析軟體,使工具機能在仿真的情況下模擬機構移動時所產生慣性振動對結構床台的動態影響以及接觸應力,更加針對數值分析模型探討C型工具機的結構元件之間的接合方式對整機結構動態特性所造成的影響,本文將對於其動態結構與疲勞破壞週期之影響,從事動態模擬分析並且提出適當的改善措施與方法。

The tool machines usually call "machine tools". They are fundamental facilities for industrial production. In recent years, machine tools stress on reducing in weight but also emphasize the structure strength to achieve balance. Therefore, the analysis and design of machine tools occupies prominent position in these years. This investigation uses C-type machine tools as the analytical object that provides a set of methods and techniques to improve design and test on the dynamic rigid properties of C-type machine tools structure. This study will discuss the deformation of the flexible vibration caused by the flexible part of the C-type machine tools under manufacturing processes between transmission mechanism and main supported structure. The dynamic effects of vibration caused by different forces can also be estimated. By using ANSYS finite element analysis software to setup a finite element model for hard-track machine tools, the bodies simulated by structural theory analysis will become the meshed flexible bodies. In this research, we will discuss their resonance frequencies, mode shapes and damping properties. The tool of RecurDyn analysis software can simulate the moving structures caused by the inertial vibration on the dynamic effects and contact stress of the bed. The different joints between the structural components of the C-type machine tools can use the numerical analysis methods to calculate the dynamic characteristics of each structure component effectively. In this thesis, it will discuss the influences on dynamic structure and fatigue life. By performing the dynamic analysis, one can propose appropriate improvement methods and techniques.
