Though high-tech industry is major business in Taiwan, it is also high-pressure industry. The purpose of this study is to understand high-tech employees’ job stress situation, and to discuss the relationship among job stress, turnover intention and job performance, discovers the fact about how many impacts of job stress on turnover intention and job performance. The high-tech employees in Taiwan, who were asked for finishing the questionnaires, are the primary objects of this research, and 300 effective questionnaires were received. The research indicates that the more job stress, the less job performance; the research indicates that the more job stress, the more turnover intention; positive affect composition affects moderating effect on the job stress and turnover intention; positive affect composition affects moderating effect on the job stress and job performance.
