3C連鎖零售通路物流績效之研究

A Study of Logistics Performance of 3C Chain-Store Retailers

摘要


本研究主要目的在探究3C連鎖零售通路業者的物流績效。研究範圍包括台灣地區3C(消費性電子、資訊及通訊)商品連鎖零售通路業者,如燦坤3C、順發3C量販、全國電子等所採用的物流模式。 過去文獻探討物流績效的影響因素包括物流效率、物流效能、物流差異化、物流整合等,文獻大多選擇其中部份項目探討造成物流品質現況的重點物流作業,及作業之間的關係;進而探討物流品質項目與物流績效的關係,或更進一步探討物流績效與組織績效的關係。 本研究參考過去文獻、研究方法及分析工具,探討台灣地區3C連鎖零售通路業者的物流績效,從文獻、實務界的物流績效指標中萃取6個構面、24個問項,透過問卷蒐集資料,採用結構方程模式(SEM)進行分析。 研究結果顯示:物流經理人應可以同時追求物流效率、物流效能、物流差異化、物流整合,且對物流績效有正向關係。經常比較競爭者的物流績效,透過深入分析物流特定作為,可以提升物流績效。高績效物流效率、物流效能、物流差異化,導致高物流績效,有助於提升組織績效。 關鍵詞:物流效率、物流效能、物流差異化、物流整合、物流績效

This study examines the nature of logistics performance and the contribution of logistics to the firm by empirically investigating the impact of logistics performance on organizational performance. Research in logistics has examined the influence on organizational performance of high-performance logistics practices and capabilities. Logistics managers must simultaneously develop highly efficient, effective, differentiated, and integrated logistics activities. According to empirical study, there are 4 important effecting factors, it provides exclusive relationships among logistics efficiency, effectiveness, differentiation, and integration. It presents criteria for determining whether a construct is formative or reflective. It investigates the influence of the performance of the logistics function on organizational performance.
