本研究以新竹科學園區廠商為研究對象,旨在探討領導型態與組織文化之關係,同時以問卷調查的方式了解新竹科學園區內廠商其領導型態與組織文化之關係,並以園區內的員工為受訪者,總共回收210份有效樣本。本研究利用「典型相關分析 (canonical analysis)」來探討各構面彼此間之關聯程度。研究結果顯示:(一)主管領導型態與組織文化彼此有正向顯著性的影響。(二) 本研究典型相關之迴歸分析結果顯示,鼓勵溝通與效率化程度呈現顯著性;智力開發與組織文化的支持化程度呈顯著性;個別關懷則與官僚型及效率型組織文化呈顯著性。最後本研究根據研究結果,對管理實務與未來研究者提出建議,以供企業界與學術界卓參。
This study, taking the companies located in Hsinchu Science Park as the survey objects, aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture. There are 210 valid questionnaires collected. The canonical correlation analysis shows that a positive relationship exists between leadership style and organizational culture. Moreover, the results indicate the following routes among the variables in the two major dimensions of transformational leadership and organizational culture: first, inspirational motivation positively influences efficient culture; second, intellectual stimulation positively influences supportive culture; and finally, individualized consideration positively influences bureaucratic culture as well as efficient culture. Some managerial implications are also drawn from the empirical analysis in this research.
