Workflow kernel的開發及導入效益探討-以K公司為例
The Workflow kernel development and benefit analysis - A case study of K corporation
摘要
隨著網路應用的發展以及資訊爆炸的時代，以電腦化取代了人工作業，不僅提高了工作效率與品質，更為企業組織流程再造帶來新的契機。電子流程管理系統，除了提供安全無虞的辦公室自動化環境之外，更近一步提供行動辦公室的服務目標。 本研究以IC設計產業K公司為例，由於組織的擴張，分布於台灣、大陸以及美國於世界各地的基地，從2002年起所發展的辦公室自動化系統，在簽核的功能、效率及操作介面已經不符合現況需求，2007年遵循WfMC所提出的Workflow Patterns實作，並全面實施Web化進行電子簽核管理系統後，對於企業本身工作效率的改善以及為企業所帶來的效益。

With the development of network applications and the era of information explosion, computer technology replaces the manual work which not only improves the efficiency and quality, but also brings more opportunities to business process reengineering organizations. The Workflow Management system provides a safe and secure office automation environment, and additionally it further reaches the target of mobile office services. This research is to study how the Workflow Management System brings the improvement of the efficiency and benefits toward enterprises. Take K company as an example, this organization was expanding its branches from Taiwan to Mainland China, U.S.A and other worldwide locations. They had found the functions, efficiency and the operating interfaces of the Workflow System developed by office automation (OA) since 2002 cannot meet the current business requirement. Therefore, K company in 2007 followed “Workflow Patterns” which was proposed by WfMC, implemented Web-based Workflow Management System and the company has been benefited by the new system with high efficiency.
