6000系鋁合金析出舉動之HR-TEM研究

摘要


本實驗主要是以6022鋁合金(Al-0.6wt%Mg-1.0wt%Si)作為實驗材料,研究6022鋁合金板材經過不同條件的預備時效對於之後進行短時間人工實效析出舉動之影響。 實驗中藉由改變預備時效溫度與時間,並配合微差掃描分析儀(DSC)、硬度試驗、拉伸試驗及高解析度穿透式電子顯微鏡(HR-TEM),探討預備時效對於析出物的影響。 由實驗結果得知,6022鋁合金預備實效的溫度越高,析出的顆粒可以越大,在預備時效之後施以170 ℃短時間人工實效之後強度也比較高。 6022鋁合金在短時間預備時效,析出粒子在HR-TEM之下觀察都為氣泡狀顆粒,預備時效溫度越高,氣泡狀析出物越大,分布也越稀疏。6022鋁合金在高溫預備時效(120 ℃、150 ℃)之後,再施以220 ℃ × 10min的復元處理之後,即可馬上析出棒狀β′,而低溫預備時效(70 ℃、90 ℃)則不能。

In this experiment, the main material is AA6022(Al-0.6wt%Mg-1.0wt%Si). The purples are to discuss the precipitated behavior in different pre-aging temperature and time and in short artificial aging time of plat AA6022. By changing pre-aging temperature and time, DSC, hardness test, tensile test, and HR-TEM, we can discuss the effect of precipitation by pre-aging. According to the experiment, in AA6022, higher pre-aging temperature, larger precipitated particle size we could gain. After pre-aging, we process artificial aging at 170 ℃,and we could get higher strenghth. AA6022 process after pre-aging, the shape of the precipitated particle at HR-TEM are like bubbles. Higher pre-aging temperature, larger bubble precipitated particle, and the distribution is also scatter. AA6022 process by high temperature pre-aging(120 ℃、150 ℃), then treat 220℃ × 10min restoration, it can immediately precipitate roll shape β′, but low temperature pre-aging(70 ℃、90 ℃) can not.
