以部落格作品集評量為基礎之班級社會互助網路系統

摘要


在數位學習的領域中,資訊技術工作者開發了許多的學習輔助系統來幫助學習,這些系統聚集了班上的學生,讓他們在一塊網路空間討論及分享知識。在最近幾年,擁有一個個人化的網路空間在現今的網路社會中是一個令人感興趣的現象。許多人喜歡建立自己的網站,部落格(blog),及相簿,喜歡表現自我,在這樣的趨勢下,在未來可以預見的是學生會比較喜歡使用這些個人化的服務而可能會導致這些網路空間的減少使用,除此之外,在一個超過40人的班級中,讓一個教師去解決這麼多學生的問題是非常困難的。所以,必須從這麼多的同學之中找出專家同學來幫助其他學生,或是從學生的個人化空間找出有用的資訊來幫助其他同學。 部落格(blog)在最近一兩年成了一個熱門的話題,網友們不需擁有太多的資訊技術即可建立個人網站,本篇論文中將提出使用部落格來製作學生之作品集,並透過即時通訊之技術讓學生在線上即可以進行交流與互動。而此系統同時提供了一個具有關懷式對話庫的即時通訊系統來促進學生的學習動機,以及透過提升專家同學的成就感使他們更願意去幫助其他同學。 本系統實驗對象為50位大一計概班-C#程式語言課程,利用8週的時間來進行實驗,而透過問卷與評量系統的分析,發現到這樣的機制與系統建立了一個合作學習與知識分享的班級社會網路。而本篇論文所提出的系統也促進了專家同學幫助的動機及鼓勵程度較差的學生學的更好。不但可以達成班級內的知識分享,學生也認為透過這樣的分享方式讓他們從其他同學中學到不一樣的新觀念與想法。學生也從鼓勵性的對話庫中建立起指導同學的成就感,也從鼓勵中激起學習的動機。

In the field of e-Learning, IT workers develop a lot of learning system to help learning. These systems gather students in the same network space to discuss and share knowledge. In recent years, having a personal network space becomes an interesting phenomenon in the current information society. A lot of people like to build their own web sites, blogs and albums and show themselves. Under the situation, we can predict that students like to use such personal spaces without public network space in the future. Besides, it's hard for a teacher to solve all the questions in a over 40 students class. Therefore, we have to find out the expert students from the students to help the others or find out some useful information from the personal network space. Blog is a hot issue in these two years. People can build their own websites without too much computer related skills. We will propose a system that uses blog to make e-portfolio and let students communicate and interact through the instant messenger. Besides, the system provides a caring dialog database to promote the students' motivation and let the expert students get the feeling of accomplishment to help the other students more. The objects of experiment are the freshmen major computer science in the Introduction to Computer Science course – C# programming. We experimented for 2 months. After the analyses of questionnaires and assessment system, we can find out the mechanism and system build a cooperative learning and knowledge sharing class social network. The proposed system in this thesis also promotes the motivation of the expert students and encourages the students in lower degree. It can not only achieve knowledge sharing but also let the students learn more different ideas form other students. The students have the feeling of accomplishment from the encouragement dialog database and also have motivation of learning.
