屏東六堆地區邱氏家族變遷之研究：政治菁英觀點

摘要

政治菁英一直被視為是一個國家發展的重要推手，舉凡國家各大建設莫不在其擬定的機制下推動，而廣大的群眾也從被動的接受政治菁英政策的角色，進而成為以批判與評價的角度來觀察其所推動的政策，由此可見，政治菁英對於一個國家的發展是深具重大意義的。同樣的，身為一個家族之下的政治菁英，也以其能力來影響家族未來的發展，本研究從政治菁英的觀點探析其與家族間互動，以及政治菁英的甄補制度。並且以學者Ilkka所提出的模式為依歸，運用文獻分析以及深度訪談等方法，呈現屏東六堆地區邱氏家族中，政治菁英與家族間所形塑出的互動與菁英甄補模型，並修正Ilkka政治菁英模型。本研究期望能夠作為其他類似的家族研究發展之參考，更希望家族的政治菁英能夠運用其所擁有的資源，創造家族更多的發展契機。

The political elite is always seen to push a hand as the importance of a national development, under each all without exception national mechanism which constructs greatly might they not be to draft at they push, and large crowd also from accepted the role of political elite policy passively, then became to observe the policy that they pushe with the angle which criticized and evaluated, from this, the political elite''s development toward a nation is deep to have great significance.Same of, be a clan under of political elite, also influence the clan future development with their ability, this research joins the government standpoint of curing the elite to discuss and analyse they to interact with clan, and the Zhen of political elite repair system.And take the mode put forward by scholar Ilkka as a direction, make use of methods, such as cultural heritage analysis and depth interview...etc., presenting six heaps of the Chiou''s clan in regions in Pingtung in, interaction and elite Zhen formed and constructed by political elite and clan repair model, and revise the Ilkka political elite model.This research expects and can be an other similar clan research development of reference, even hope the political elite of clan can make use of the resource that it owns, creating clan more development chances.
