節能產業中太陽能及LED照明應用之商機探討-以某消防系統公司轉型為例

摘要


建築業被視為「火車頭產業」,但近十年來,因著國內經濟的不景氣,建築業的業務量嚴重衰退,而其相關產業-消防產業,也因業務量跟著大幅滑落。而當企業面臨衰退或沒有競爭力時,企業為尋求永續經營,身為企業經營者該如何打破困境,提昇企業的經營生存條件,惟有一途,即是轉型。這就是企業轉型的主要動因。 當全球暖化、能源價格飆升之際的同時,全球皆在尋求替代能源,以求減少能源消耗。因此,世界新能源產業與節能產業蓬勃發展。本研究是針對新能源節能產業中的太陽能與LED產業,進行商機的探討及探討個案公司從消防系統產業轉型至節能產業中,該如何轉型成為節能之承包商、該如何找尋優勢配合外部機會環境、並應尋找成功轉型的規劃策略,並且期能成為持續性的成長企業。

Abstract The architecture industry is regarded as "the railway engine industry", but in the recent decade, is not being booming because of the economy, the architecture industry business volume decline critically, and its correlation industry, fire prevention industry, the business volume with the reason also reduce largely. But when the enterprise faced with the decline or does not have the competitive ability, the enterprise seeks for managing continuously forever. How should managrs break the predicament for the enterprise operators and advance enterprise''s survival, some way, is only transformation. This is the main reason for the transformation of enterprise. When the global warming is coming, the energy price dramaticly rise at the same time, the whole world all is seeking the substitution energy in order to reduces the energy consumption. Therefore, the the growth of new energy industry and energy conservation industry are developing. This research is aims at in the new energy energy conservation industry, the solar energy and the LED industry, seeks the opportunity for the enterprise, and the case study of the company which is in the architecture industry, transform from fire prevention system industry to the energy conservation industry. With the transformation, how does the company become the contractor for the energy conservation, pursue the superiority to coordinate opportunities of the external environment, and seek the strategy for transforming successfully and becoming the long-enduring growth enterprise.
