The purpose of this study was to investigate the organizational culture, paternalistic leadership and job involvement for the construction sectors into organizational performance. On this study was designed questionnaire manner, and issued a total of 300 of the questionnaire survey, a total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected. The main statistical analysis methods for the reliability analysis, analysis of descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the organizational culture of the construction industry more stringent conservative. Company executives compared with authoritative leadership style manner, and staff for the work has a more focused nature. The construction industry is more focused on the financial performance of the organization and the customer side. Organizational culture, paternalistic leadership and job involvement has a very significant positive correlation for organizational performance.
