以實驗方法建立圓環鍛粗加工的異向性摩擦模型及其驗證

摘要


在鍛粗過程中模具與材料之間的摩擦為影響變形的主因之一,為了瞭解摩擦所造成的不均勻變形(異向性變形)。本文利用車削、銑削及研磨作出定性、定量的模具與不同的表面形貌的詴片來進行圓環鍛粗加工實驗,在有潤滑條件下研究模具與詴片因表面相互影響所產生的異向性變形,以實驗方法建立一個圓環鍛粗加工的異向性摩擦模型。並且結合有限元素作分析,以不同的幾何外型(圓柱)驗證,比較端面輪廓與桶脹輪廓是否精確。如此可有效的預測因摩擦產生的異向性變形,來達到節省成本的目的。

In the process of upsetting, one of the main reason of deformation is friction, for understand the anisotropy deformation by friction. We make different surface morphology specimen and mold, used turning, milling and grind. Conduct ring upsetting experiment at lubricating environment research surface affect anisotropy deformation by specimen and mold, used experiment establish a anisotropy deformation model. Combine finite element analysis, verification different geometry(cylinder). Compare specimen surface profile and bulged profile. Forecast anisotropy deformation by friction
