產學攜手計畫之訓練成效調查-以台積電為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討教育部產學攜手合作計畫【半導體產業專班】訓練在臺灣積體電路製造股份有限公司(TSMC)的執行情況、專班學生及台積電主管的滿意度調查,以及訓練成效評估,以期了解本專案計畫在執行三年後各參與層面,包含高職端學生、技專端學生及專班學生主管之想法和改進意見。本研究依據調查結果提出人力資源管理實務之意涵與實體建議,以期做為台積電與專案合作學校在未來執行之參考依據。

This study aims to explore and evaluate the training effectiveness of industry-education collaboration program in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). Satisfaction of participants in the program, including high school and college students as well as the managers of TSMC, is also investigated. Results of the investigation are further explained. Managerial implications and suggestions for future collaboration programs are thus discussed.
