居家智慧型用電管理系統

摘要


本研究主要在設計與實現一套家用型電力自動讀錶(AMR)系統, 其具有一般電錶量測功率與計算使用電度之功能,此外還提供了使用者電器的電壓、電流以及功因(power factor)等用電資訊,使用者可藉此得知用電品質,一旦電力發生異常,或是長時間外出可透過個人電腦及遠端桌面連線對電器進行斷電的動作。此系統相較於傳統機械式電錶具有輕巧、不佔空間之優點,方便於家中對各項電器量測。 本系統主要是由dsPIC30F4011(MCU)搭配固態電驛(SSR)、電流感測器(CT)及分壓電路所組成,我們透過dsPIC30F4011的10 bit A/D轉換器分別對分壓電路之電壓訊號與電流感測器之電流訊號以real-time方式量測計算,SSR為斷電機制元件,系統利用RS-232與電腦連接傳輸用電資訊作監控,必要時由監控之人機介面,進行斷電工作。

This study focused on the design and implementation of a household automatic meter reading (AMR) system of electricity. The system which is like general power meter has the function of power measurements and energy calculation. In addition, it also can provide users the electrical information of voltage, current and power factor (PF) . The users can take the quality of power and cut it off once the electricity is abnormal, or users go out for a long time by personal computer and a remote desktop connection . This system compared to traditional mechanical power meters with light, space advantages of easy at home for the electrical measurements. The system is mainly composed of the dsPIC30F4011 (MCU) , solid-state relay (SSR), the current sensor (CT) and voltage-divided circuit. We could measure and compute the voltage signal of the voltage-devided circuit and the current signal of current sensor respectively by the dsPIC30F4011 10 bit A / D converter with real-time. SSR is the component for the cutting power off. The systems using RS-232 connection with computer for transmission power control information, if necessary, by monitoring the human-machine interface for off work.
