運用精實生產管理於改善現場製造系統 -以生產變頻器D公司為例

摘要


時代不停的進步,技術不斷推陳出新,以現在最新最好的技術,五年十年之後,很可能就變成過時舊手法,所以企業要不能停止腳步,與時代並進,要作出改革,持續改善。推出嶄新服務,加入新科技,新思維及多元化服務,讓企業創造更多的競爭優勢。現在的世界已經是客戶導向的時代,以滿足顧客需求為目標,客戶需要的是又便宜種類又多的商品。豐田汽車推行的豐田生產系統(Toyota Production System, TPS)與美國的精實生產管理系統(Lead Production),都強調企業零庫存管理,簡單的道理卻能讓企業走向國際化。 本研究利用精實生產系統導入,重新再造企業的生產流程,以便有效控管生產流程,簡化製造現場的管理,縮短產品交期,降低生產成本,以及提昇產品品質。並藉由品質資訊系統(Quality Information System, QIS)的導入,協助企業掌握生產製造現況,及時化資訊控管,進而強化企業的競爭優勢,以迎合瞬息萬變的市場。

As time progresses and technology develops, more and more new things will turn up. Now your skill maybe is best, but you will behind your competitor after 5 or 10 years. So, enterprise has to keep pace with time, to have reformation and continuous modification. Enterprise has launched brand-new services, new technology, new thoughts and diversified services. Then enterprise will be created more competitive advantages. As time changes, the world is customer-oriented. Suppliers must provide more cheap and diverse products to meet customer requirement. TPS (Toyota Production System, TPS) and Lead Production promote no-stock to manage the shop floor. It is a simple concept, but it is creating a business toward the international arena. In this thesis, the lean production system applied will help business production process reengineering. Lean Production will help enterprise to effectively control the production process, simplify the management of the manufacturing site, reduce product lead time, cost, and improve product quality. By the QIS (Quality Information System, QIS) to be implemented, it will help enterprises to monitor shop floor situation and control in timely information. Then your business will have stronger competitive advantage, to cater to the ever-changing market.
