國小學童遭受霸凌之個人特質與被害情境研究

摘要


本研究目的在探討國小學童遭受霸凌之個人特質與被害情境之情形,並檢驗各預測變項對遭受霸凌的解釋力。以嘉義市國小高年級學童為對象。採用問卷調查法,主要研究發現如下: 一、嘉義市國小高年級學童遭受霸凌情形,以「言語霸凌」最嚴重,其他依序為「肢體霸凌」、「關係霸凌」、「性別霸凌」、「網路霸凌」。霸凌情形發生在同學之間、下課時候、教室附近、老師不在場、沒有監視器的時候比例較高。 二、不同「性別」、「年級」之嘉義市國小學童在遭受霸凌情形上有顯著差異;不同「學業成就」、「家庭社經地位」嘉義市國小學童在遭受霸凌情形上無顯著差異。 三、人格特質之神經質性與遭受霸凌呈現正相關、嚴謹自律性在言語霸凌、網路霸凌呈現負相關;在行為特質方面,激發挑惹、煽動惡行、吸引、免罰等四個面向與遭受霸凌皆呈現正相關。 四、個人特質之行為特質與人格特質可預測嘉義市國小學童遭受霸凌之情形。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供學校、家庭、社會、以及未來研究之參考。 關鍵詞:霸凌、個人特質、被害情境

This study aims to investigate elementary school students suffer bullying victim's personal characteristics and context of the situation and examine the predictors of bullying for being the explanatory power. Elementary School in Chiayi City high school students as the target. Used questionnaires, the main findings are as follows: First, the Chiayi City elementary school children suffer from high school bullying situations, to "verbal bullying" the most serious, others were "physical bullying", "relationship bullying," "gender bullying", "cyberbullying." Bullying happens in between the students, class time, classroom near the teacher is not present, did not monitor the time a higher proportion. Second, the different "gender", "generation" of Chiayi City elementary school students suffer bullying in case there are significant differences; different "academic achievement", "socioeconomic status" Chiayi City elementary school students suffered bullying in the case is no significant difference. Third, the personality of the neurotic nature of bullying and being a positive correlation, rigorous self-discipline in speech bullying, cyberbullying a negative correlation; in behavioral terms, to stimulate baiting, inciting evil, attract, four penalty-free and subjected to bullying for all positively correlated. Fourth, the personal characteristics of the behavioral and personality traits can predict Chiayi City elementary school students suffer bullying of the situation. Finally, according to the findings to make recommendations for schools, families, society, and a reference for future research. Keywords: bullying, personal characteristics, situational victim
