國小四年級品德教育之行動研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究採行動研究法,探討品德教育教學方案實施於國小四年級學童的品德教育課程之可行性及成效。為達研究之目的,研究者以任教學校之25位四年級學生為研究對象,進行十週的行動研究。本研究以品德核心價值「誠實」、「尊重」、「關懷」、「感恩」、「互助分享」為主題,利用故事教學策略實施品德教育課程方案,藉由教學實錄、省思札記、觀察記錄、學生回饋、家長回饋等資料,並輔以品德教育課程實施問卷量表前後測成對樣本t檢定來進行分析,歸納本研究所獲致的結論如下: 品德教育教學行動方案之規劃與省思中發現:情境分析是行動方案的根基,有助於 行動方案的進行;學習情境的分析,能協助研究者瞭解與掌握研究情境的實際需求,有助於課程的準備,且利於導引研究的方向;透過教師團隊的合作,有助於行動研究的進行。 品德教育教學行動方案之設計與省思中發現:教師即教室層次的課程發展者;掌握品德教育內涵建立學習社群;多元智慧活動豐富品德教育課程內容;品德教育的課程實施應重視潛在課程的影響;品德教育的實施強調親師合作。 品德教育教學行動方案之實施與省思中發現:運用多樣化的教學資源提高學習能;潛在課程影響學生品德概念與外顯行為;教師需具備資訊素養,善用多媒體教材與資源,以提升學生的學習興趣。 品德教育教學行動方案之評鑑與省思中發現:以繪本為教學媒介,結合多媒體教學成效良好;改善班級文化及提升人際關係;多元化教學方式提高學習興趣。 最後,根據本研究之結論,對於未來後續的研究提出建議。 關鍵詞:品德教育、行動研究

ABSTRACT An action research was adopted to explore the accessibility and effectiveness of character education for fourth grade students. The research lasted for 10 weeks with 25 fourth grades whom were also taught by the author. Honesty, Respect, Care, Gratefulness, Cooperation and Sharing were set as 5 main themes for character education program which was applied by storytelling teaching method in this research. The data for t-test analysis were developed overall from teaching notes, teaching reflection, teaching observation, students' feedback, parent's feedback and questionnaire. The research was concluded as follows: It was revealed after examining moral education that scenario analysis was the foundation of action program. Furthermore, the analysis of learning scenario in advance could assist the researcher in lesson preparation and knowing needs and wants of subjects. Also, the whole process went smoothly by creating team building with other teachers. It was shown that teachers who could organize a character eduction learning community,extend the diversity of lesson content, put the character education into practice, and know how to work with parents and other teachers were the developers at the classroom level. In reviewing the application of character education program, it was shown that adapting diverse teaching resources could enhance the learning motivation of students. The moral concepts and actions were influenced by latent lessons. To be attractive to students, teachers should properly use multimedia and variant resources as the tool of teaching. In reviewing the evaluation of character education program, it was shown that using picture books and multimedia as the transmission of character education was highly accepted by students and improved the relationship in the classroom. Most of all, the variant teaching skills could apparently increase the interests of learning. Finally, the above results will be provided as suggestions for future researchers.
