區域整併與地方治理－以大台中市為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討縣市合併後之區域整併與地方治理實施探討。以大台中市之烏日區、大肚區及龍井區為本研究論文主要區域，就跨域治理觀點分析，對於合併後之大台中區域治理成效及行政效率問題，藉由深度訪談方式對區域內代表性人員實施訪談，及合併後媒體報導對台中市派系之探討，並結合就原有學者研究論點及文獻理論對話，實施交叉檢證，以區域整併及SWOT分析發表相關研究發現與建議，作為爾後提供對大台中之區域整併與地方治理研究建議之參考。
