銅、鎳錯合物催化碳-硫偶合反應之研究

摘要


以過渡金屬催化劑進行偶合反應生成碳-硫鍵,一直以來被廣泛應用於有機合成和天然物藥物的合成。通常為含有鹵化物、金屬催化劑、配位基以及鹼的反應。一般來說,碳-硫偶合反應會碰到幾個問題,像是成本、反應溫度、環保等問題。而此篇論文就是在探討如何選擇一個最適當的反應條件來進行碳-硫偶合反應;包括了使用較便宜的過渡金屬做催化劑、 將催化劑和配位基的量減少、縮短反應時間、使用較環保的溶劑等,使整個反應能夠達到便宜、方便且符合綠色化學的宗旨;並且我們還會利用電噴灑式游離質譜來鑑定反應進行時的中間產物,並以此推測其反應機制。

The reactions of transition metal catalyzed cross-coupling C-S bond formation have been widely used in organic synthesis, the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceuticals. The general methods for the C-S coupling require halogenated benzene, base, and ligands. Generally, the C-S coupling reaction will face some problems, such as cost, reaction temperature and environment protection. This project is to explore how to choose the most appropriate reaction conditions to C-S coupling reaction. The reaction includ the use of cheap transition metal catalyst, reducing the amount of the catalyst and ligand, to shorten the reaction time, the use of more environmentally friendly solvents etc. So that the whole reaction can be achieved cheaper, convenient and consistent with green chemistry aims. And we used Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectroscopy to identify reaction intermediates and perpose speculate reaction mechanism.
